Tata Motors: 1.12% equity changed hands at Rs 421.5 per share. The buzzing news by the various leading news agencies which caught eye of investors reported that Tata Sons may spend as much as $312 mn to increase stake in the owner of Jaguar Land Rover. The stock jumped to touch its intraday high of Rs 422.9 per share, up by Rs 17.95 per share or 4.4% as of 0933 hours. It attracted traded volume of 1,29,80,963 shares on NSE.
Tata Global Beverages: 6.8% equity changed hands at Rs 214 per share. The stock touched its fresh 52-week high of Rs 218.35 per share, up by more than 2%.
Tata Chemicals: 4.1% equity changed hands at Rs 647.1 per share. The stock was trading at Rs 646.8 per share, up by 0.36% on NSE.
