Rupee continues upmove

The spot rupee continues strengthen for the fifth straight day, owing to extend fall in US currency.Following monster rally of 69 paise in the past four trading sessions, the domestic currency started the day unchanged at 66.77 as against the US dollar, but soon firmed-up.
Right now, the spot rupee is up 66.68 - up 9 paise as against the US dollar.

Meanwhile, June currency futures are up 7 paise at 66.91.
Around 2,06,882 contracts have been traded at the counter, while the open interest has increased 2.5 percent on the NSE.
In the Euro-term, the Indian rupee is down 6 paise at 75.82 per euro.
