Gold and silver may run up in the short-term: ABN AMRO

Georgette Boele, ABN AMRO Group, in an interview to CNBC-TV18 spoke about the outlook for commodities like gold, silver and palladium. 

According to her at the end of third quarter gold could go up to USD 1,425 per ounce and silver will be around USD 21.50 per ounce but the prices could again come 

under pressure in the fourth quarter on back of expectations of a Fed rate hike. 

The corrections witnessed in gold price currently are temporary and it will bottom out around USD 1300 per ounce, says Boele.
