Eicher Motors reported Q3FY18 numbers in-line with the consensus estimate. Consolidated revenue was up 24% yoy at Rs2,269cr, higher than the consensus estimate of Rs2,224cr.

 For Q3FY18, IRB Infrastructure operating revenue declined by 8.1% YoY to Rs1,296.19cr as against Rs1,198.8cr in Q3FY17, missing the consensus estimate of Rs1,316cr.

 Prestige Estates enters into Rs2,500cr platform deal with HDFC Capital Advisors for real estate development in affordable/mid housing segments.

 Shriram Transport transferred 1.66 cr shares of Shriram Automall India worth Rs156.37cr to MXC Solutions India.

 Piramal Enterprises said Bain capital will acquire 50% stake in subsidiary India Resurgence Asset Management Business.

 SRF to set up BOPET film line in a new entity in Europe at a cost of euro 58 million to be financed by loan/ internal accruals

 Nila Infra to demerge Nila Spaces from Nila Infra.

 Union Bank of India approved the allotment of equity shares to Government of India for an amount of Rs4,524cr.
